6 Notes Sunday: Dementors, Dog Food and the Secret of Small Inputs
This weeks roundup of Notes worth your Sunday.
Welcome to 6 Notes Sunday. A new weekly thing I'm doing for chilled Sundays when all we want to do is skim headlines and drink coffee (or tea in my case).
Here are 5 of my favourite Substack Notes from the week, plus my own most popular one.
If any resonate, don’t forget to support the creator with a like, a restack or a comment!
Let’s get into it.

Justin is the King of small inputs. 6 years of daily posts, over $10million in total revenue. All the proof you need that consistency and stickability are the name of the game!
#2
100%! This is so important! Who we surround ourselves with is who we become.

As a fellow house-sitter, I strongly resonate with this one. The dog we’re sitting right now eats kibble out of a snuggle mat. One I sat in London would only eat from a Kong, and only if it had peanut butter in it. Another was only allowed butternut products spread carefully across an interactive feeder.
Honestly, the dogs are fine (and don’t really care). It’s us I worry about. 😂

Amen! Building an audience is about engagement, relationship building, and being human. It’s one of the reasons I love Substack right now ❤️
#5
Gratuitous gorgeous beach photo! ❤️
