One thing that's worked for me is having claude prompt me when i've been working for 1 hour to get up and change the scenery. Whether it's 5 minutes on a balance board, doing a chore I'm ignoring or connecting with someone in the house. I find I can find endless ways to work with claude and this give me a clean out. it saves the work so I can disconnect and come back again later.
Agreed - you can train AI to not be servile, and be a hard hitting coach!
