I think about this all the time.

I believe most people just want agency, the ability to say no to things, and a sense of accomplishment. I think these two things go a long way to a good life.

I agree 100% Alan. Feeling like you are in control of your life and that you can make the choices that determine your outcomes is so important.

Yes—“Be Alive in Your Own Life” looks different for many of us! Thank you for articulating it so well.

Morning Jo!

Okay, so whilst I have heard of Tony Robbins I haven't heard of Alex Hormozis so I had to Google him. Whilst I was doing that it prompted a thought - I wonder what happened to Frank Kern? Remember him? And I see he's still doing his thing..

So back to your question... like Alan Barnes (see below), I think about this a lot too.

No Moon Shot over here, but maybe a Moon Beam. Contribution in my own small way is important (things like making people laugh, listening to people..) staying curious and trying new things, being appreciative for what I have.

Good old Frank Kern! Those were the days 😁 Thanks for your comment Caroline. Moonbeam - love it. And you’re very good at making people laugh! 😁
