6 Notes Sunday: How You Spend Your Days Is How You Spend Your Life
This weeks roundup of Notes & posts worth your Sunday.

Welcome to 6 Notes Sunday. A new weekly thing I'm doing for chilled Sundays when all we want to do is skim headlines and drink coffee (or tea in my case).
Here are 5 of my favourite Substack Notes from the week, plus my own most popular one.
If any resonate, don’t forget to support the creator with a like, a restack or a comment!
Let’s get into it.

This is a brilliant article about how to write notes for Substack. And for me is extremely timely as I started a notes experiment 3 weeks ago:
It’s going ok, though a bit slower than I would like, so Tracey’s post is super useful, and I’m going to be trying her suggested strategies this coming week.
Thanks for the amazing info Tracy Friedlander 🙏

I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately, particularly after my recent health snafu. It sometimes feels like we’re wired to think of life in the future. When ‘x’ happens, I will do ‘y’.
“When I lose 30lbs I’ll exercise more.” “When I’m making $Xk a month, I’ll travel more.” When, when, when…
But life is happening right now. And as Annie Dillard so eloquently highlighted, how we spend our days is a reflection of what’s important to us right now.
Spend wisely!

Having visited Tokyo on more than one occasion (and not a huge lover of Japanese food) I’m with Michael & Brent on this one! 😂

I thought we’d end this weeks notes roundup with some good old British comedy!

$5k Courses & Tools for $59!
One last thing before I go...
If you’re building a side hustle, growing a Substack, creating digital products, writing a book, launching a course, or simply trying to create more freedom in your life, this is probably the best-value business bundle you’ll see all year.
My friends Dan and Rachel are just about to close the latest BC Stack, and it’s packed with 57 business-building courses, tools, templates, and resources from some of the smartest online entrepreneurs around.
The combined value is over $5,000.
The price? Just $59.
Now, you know me. I’m not a fan of buying courses for the sake of buying courses. Most people don’t need more information, they need more action.
But if there’s a specific skill you’re trying to learn right now, whether that’s email marketing, audience growth, content creation, digital products, AI, productivity, or online business, there’s a very good chance you’ll find a course in here worth many times the cost of entry.
But it closes just after midnight tonight (PST) and then disappears for another year.
If you’re serious about building more freedom, more income, and more options for your future, it’s worth taking a look.
NB: The Stack is only live until early hours Monday morning PST
I hope you’ve enjoyed this weeks roundup.
Have a fab Sunday! 😎
