Thanks for subscribing! Yep I totally agree and there really has been an explosion of them lately so it’s easy to suddenly find our inbox full! The goal is to stay subscribed only to the ones you open regularly and dump the rest. You can always resubcribe to a newsletter you like the look of later. I go through ‘seasons’. Right now I’m in my grow on Substack season and so am subscribed to 2 or 3 grow on Substack newsletters, plus a couple of general ones I enjoy reading. A friend of mine is in Crypto season, another travel inspo, another personal growth etc. You’ll know your season by the headlines you regularly open. Get rid of the rest, even mine (!) if it doesn’t vibe with your season. That way you stay focused & don’t get overwhelmed with content. 😁 P.S. I much prefer reading newsletters to scrolling on social media these days. I find it a much more enjoyable & positive experience! 😁
